O! Lonely heart

Wake up and be smart,

Friends and family may fail you

But God’s love is forever true

 

When in need or riches are gone

Alone, your pain will be borne,

If God is first in your life

He can placate your every strife

 

Crying out – “egad”

Your heart will be glad,

For when doldrums make us dolorous

God remains forever efficacious!
