SPECKLED DENIZEN
A fabrication that man’s laws were breached
At my pinnacle, a daunting impasse I reached
Lost I was in this unfamiliar domain
Yes, I thought I was becoming insane

Demeaned by egregious subjugators
It was like being fed to Alligators,
Their machinations were beyond evil
Without a doubt, it was the hand of the devil

Hope was turned into unquestionable fear
Realizing that my loved ones did not care,
My manners were singular, and my speech, an outlandish tongue
To them I was vestige, they were no where to be found

A Tartar was more at home living on Cheapside
For between me and my loved ones, was a great divide
Never was I so speckled a denizen despite my sacrifice
For those whom I would have given my life

All was not lost because with whom I had cast my lot
His mercy I knew, was, “forget me not”
Wretched people began singing God’s glory
All because of His love and mercy!
