WHERE IS MY LOVER?

"The unanswered question for many"

Traveled the world over
Half-past my time, and no lover
Where is that paragon of beauty?
Is there no hope for me?

Certainly in this world
Must be my lady that is prettier than gold,
Where can this goddess be?
Is she not also looking for me?

No forlorn, my chores I have done
Now half-past mid-night and I have no one,
Is this the lot that was cast for me?
To be all alone, having nobody!

Why do I go on day and night feeling empty?
Would this loveless life end in tragedy?
For my heart goes on with pangs and pine
Each night I sit alone and cry and dine

Perhaps, pre-destination gave my heart to the Lord
Thus at the end of this rainbow, I shall see my God!

"Having true love that sparkles like the stars at night and is as resplendent as the morning sunlight, will enable you to rise above the dolorousness in this life."
