LETTING GO

 

Letting go of the past

Gives us courage to face life’s task,

Traveling light, lightening the load

Gives us strength to travel the road

 

Shadows that loom over our head

Unfettered, will certainly instill dread

Nurturing doubts and fears within

Paralyzes the mind, making all look grim

 

There are no preambles to life’s plan

Just analyze what’s at hand,

A glimmer of hope can multiply

With faith in God, if we try!

We can choose to live paralyzed by fear or have faith in God, make a strike and go for the goal!
