BEHOLD THY BEAUTY!

O! What awesome beauty from Christ our Lord?
His heart is soft, He is love, He is God!
Jehovah is passion, He likes not upheaval
Resplendent is the Almighty, our paradisal

Looking at the bird, her eyes fixed on mine
I am truly blessed, my heart is sublime
Why couldn't I always feel this way?
Because I seeked not the Lord, like I did today

Now I must go on seeking better tomorrows
Rather than dwell on futile sorrows
Life is too grand it is much too great
Never again will I be engulfed in heart-break

My prayer this day is to seek God's peace
His bountiful blessings are like a mighty feast
That great promise came from Thee
Never will he leave, nor forsake me...
