LACHRYMATORY
“Consolation”
When loved ones depart this world, we’re filled with pain we
cannot bear Our souls lament, we wail, eyes given to tears, Disappointments turn into unbelief, darkness becomes our
shadow We begin to doubt that there will be better tomorrows
Has God forsaken us? Our thoughts wonder! Did his loving kindness fail to deliver? Why! O! Lord, did you allow us to suffer? We always prayed, how can you not remember?
God answers; “Child of my bone, in My image I made man Do you my child no longer trust in My right hand? My mysteries are sometimes hard to define Allow not unbelief to make Thee blind
My mercies and loving kindness are from everlasting to
everlasting Keep Thy faith in Me and Thou shall never be pining, All things combined is how I work for your good Though often times I am so misunderstood!”
