OUR NATION'S SILENT WAIL

To our immutable God
Oh Lord! you hear the groan and mourn of our silent wails
Tis because of deception, manipulation, and so many tales,
You opened Heaven's windows and blessed us in a mighty way
Yet we became complacent and have all gone astray

Our mortices of mammon, weapons and adamantine oligarchy
Caused our debased hearts to replace You as our hierarchy,
Can these crimson stains be removed on bended knees?
And we return to Thy bosom with faith and trust in Thee

Help us to see the munitions of an immutable God is our security
And remove our horrors and fears with Thy love and mercy,
You have satiated us with bread to repast our people
Make us paragons that we may help others who are in trouble

You have placed us at the top of the pleiad of nations
Guide us to make peace and stop us from wretched retribution,
As descendants of Ishmael and Isaac - "God hears and laughter"
For the children of the world, grant them a brighter future

With arrogance our sons want to be like the ancient Nephilim
Change their hearts from Ben-oni and make them all Benjamins,
Sitnah is everywhere sowing much destruction and pain
We pray with Elijah, please Lord, send down your latter rain...
