Aven means "evil" and Mens rea is the legal term for "premeditation"

History has a way of always repeating the past
Evil always seems to triumph, for goodness is always last
We never seem to decipher the wanton repetition
Like Bats staring into light we see not the evil intention

April 20, 1889 that day came into the world Adolf Hitler
Wandering around for 44 years, 1933 he became Fuhrer,
The Reichstag abdicated their duties and gave him sole power
Millions killed, to date no one has matched his number

Napoleon Bonaparte born August 15, 1769, another myrmidon insolent
Argued his conquest was building a Federation of free peoples' Government,
He said; "Glory is fleeting but obscurity is forever, absurdity is not a handicap"
All this vituperate made him no less a butcher and a maniac

Uganda's Idi Amin murdered 300,000 plus helpless Ugandans
No Western country interceded to try and help the innocent civilians,
Joseph Stalin moved Russia from egalitarian to an authoritarian Government
Through terror, death and deprivation of millions, that was his achievement

As recent as 1995, 800,000 Rwandans were killed by genocide massacre
Did you see the West lift a single finger to stop the slaughter?
Now it is our turn, we are killing hundreds of thousands in the name of democracy
Had it not been for 112 billion barrels of oil, we would not have this hypocrisy...

"[Fuhrer means 'Leader' and Reichstag means 'Parliament'] Do you remember or do you even know that in 2002 a majority of the House of Representatives and the Senate granted the President 'sole power' to declare and go to war. Like [1933], they too declared Congressional abdication.
