HAPPENSTANCE, GOD AND GULLIBILITY

"The unanswered question for many"
Happenstance; a circumstance due to chance happened to me
I was placed in office, mostly due to my pedigree,
The court's chief justice bestowed on me this privilege
Once there, I returned the favor to one of his heritage

I had this calling I believe from God to lead the free world
The sound said weapons sale, the splash of oil and humongous gold,
This I could not disclose before the most contentious election
Because with certainty this would be doom and total rejection

My trumpet sounds of pitting theologies makes me today's messiah
That is why I often quote from the book of Isaiah,
Happenstance again on September 11 suddenly occurred
Fear filled my nation and their vision remains blurred

My terrorism threat bar-code has nothing to do with reality
From time to time I adjust the level to keep my nation's gullibility,
Out of fear I have my nation's loyalty who do not want the truth
Because of appanage they trust me not knowing I am just a brute

America's 226 years of no pre-emptive strike policy and tradition
Does not apply to me, for I am the ruler of the most formidable nation,
Iraq's 112 billion barrels of oil is all that I need
I care not for "peace" nor those liberals, whose hearts always bleed!
