INSOLENT MAN
Why do I speak the words of God so much?
When the things I do are nothing of the such,
I campaigned on world peace bringing people together
But I look today and see, I have created nothing but asunder
My position and rise in life is solely due to appanage
Thus perhaps the reason I lack independent and constructive
verbiage,
I send other people's children to fight and die
My arrogance with power, never let me wonder, why?
Speech writers provide words for me to read to the world
It's amazing how gullible people are, to think I am brave
and bold,
I am profoundly ignorant, arrogant and have no shame
Thus it is easy, when problems come, others I blame
Honestly, I know that world leaders are justified in their
irate
Because that is due to my excessiveness in being
importunate,
I lavish in my deception of proclaiming ministrations
Because I am guaranteed the sufferance of a good-hearted
nation
Sometimes I think I have risen way beyond the "morning star"
But I am troubled by this unilateral invasion of a country
so far,
Perhaps I would find myself and God before it is too late
Lest I stand and enter hell at "hades" gate!
