Amazing! Isn’t it? Living in this precarious time

As our oligarchy continues pouring bodacious wine,

Commander in Chief hiding behind democracy

When facts depict it is all about plutocracy

 

Potentate is he expressing speech writer’s words

Whilst our country remains on these treacherous roads,

Troubling it is! That so many remain purblind

Difficult to understand why they are still sublimed

 

Déjà vu, seems like it is the Nixon’s era

Spying on us in the name of terror,

Imagine! Commander in Chief breaking the law

Of power, he says, I need some more

 

Plundering our wealth to his friends in power

Everything, he is seeking to devour,

Controlling Congress and the mighty White House

Living like a Monarch, he and his spouse!

PLUTOCRACY: “A State or Government characterized by the rule of the wealthy.”

Spirituality, mildew is no uncommon evil. We hoped for many conversions, and lo! A general apathy, an abounding worldliness, or a cruel heart! To some there may be no open wrong in what our present executive branch of Government has and continues to do, but there is a deficiency of sincerity and decision sadly disappointing our desires. May it please our Great God to avert so serious a calamity.  Shine, blessed Sun of Righteousness, and drive the blights away.
